How does pricing work?
We price based on scope: how many videos you need, how complex the production is, and how many locations we’re covering. On our discovery call we’ll map out a few options so you can choose the level of investment that makes sense for your business.
What’s the typical turnaround time?
Most projects move from shoot day to final edits in 2–4 weeks depending on scope and revision rounds. Smaller social content packages can be even faster once we’ve worked together before.
How much filming time do we need to block off?
For simple social packages, we can often capture everything in a half day. Bigger brand stories or multi-location shoots may require a full day or more. We’ll recommend a timeline once we know your goals and shot list.
Where do you film? Do you travel?
We’re based on Long Island and primarily serve businesses across Suffolk County, Nassau County and NYC. Just mention your location on the contact form and we’ll talk through options.
How many revisions are included?
We typically include 1 round of revisions on each deliverable so you have room to fine-tune messaging, pacing, and visuals. Our goal is to keep the process collaborative but efficient so you can start using content quickly.
What exactly do we get at the end?
You’ll receive final, 4K high-resolution files in posting-ready formats for each platform we planned for (for example: vertical Reels/Shorts, widescreen website video, and ad-ready versions). You’ll also receive usage rights outlined in your agreement so you can confidently use the content across your channels.
